Once upon a time, these happy parents were sitting in your shoes.

Exhausted, skeptical, a little bit hopeful.
These are some of their stories.

We were really nervous about any crying, and Brittany’s approach was great! She just makes you feel like it will all be okay, and it was. When it’s bedtime now, Noa literally dives into her crib, smiling! She sleeps through the night, and when she wakes up in the morning, just giggles and talks to herself. It’s the dream!”

Erin Foster

“Our lives have become exponentially better since we sleep trained, and we have Brittany to thank.

“Brittany is down-to-earth, funny, and you’ll look forward to chatting with her.

More importantly, the plan she made, which looked too good to be true, worked instantly. Within ONE DAY, Lilly was sleeping in her bed through the night. We’re truly shocked and incredibly grateful. I can’t recommend working with Brittany more highly.”

“Brittany is so intuitive and great at her job.

Months after graduation, Rennie has still been such a champ in his own bed, despite frequent travel and new environments. I now know what to expect, and I can feel how proud he is of himself. Brittany really was just amazing.”

“There is a reason why Brittany stands out in the crowded landscape of sleep advice.

Brittany went above and beyond to respond to every single question and fear I had with enormous detail and care. It somehow felt more like I was corresponding with a wise and trusted friend of many years instead of someone I barely knew and had never met.

Thanks to Brittany's encouraging, no-nonsense, evidence-based guidance, sleep training was not the traumatic experience I was worried it would be. Instead, it felt almost shockingly easy and natural - as if our little boy was actually craving these boundaries and skills and was just waiting for us to teach them to him this whole time. I'm still processing this new reality, and the much-needed physical and mental restoration it has provided for my husband + me.”

Nervous First Time Parents

“Brittany was so responsive - not just with a yes or no but with long and detailed explanations, always open to more questions, and giving detailed, precise feedback. She was our cheerleader during the tough times and was there with unconditional + non-judgmental support every day.

My husband and I reached out to Brittany as overtired and anxious parents -- our five month old wasn't napping more than 30 minutes, and waking several times at night, refusing to go back to sleep. We were clearly overtired, but we couldn't figure out what to do. Brittany did a thorough  overview not just of our specific sleep issues but of who we are as parents, of our baby's other needs,, and who we are as a family. She put together a comprehensive sleep plan that incorporated all of these considerations. Brittany was super communicative and involved throughout the implementation process and sleep training. Our son became a sleep champ at nights almost immediately -- dropped his overnight feed and slept the full night -- and after 10 days took very well to the napping/feeding/playing schedule that Brittany developed for us. He developed the self-soothing skill and Brittany led us to this success. We are so grateful for the plan, the support, and the results!

Too Expensive

“What Brittany provides is life changing. I would pay ten times over for the consistent rest and stress free bedtime she has given us.

My son has slept through the night, every night, since the second day we worked with Brittany, two years ago. Through growth sports, teething, dropping naps and everything in between, his sleep has remained consistent. This allowed us to get through an incredibly difficult year. Outside of the pandemic, my husband experienced a health issue that kept him on bedrest multiple times over a six month period. I never could have gotten through solo parenting and parenting with a sick partner if I wasn’t able to get my own sleep each night.

Liz, New York, NY

Reflux

“Our secondborn battled reflux and would only sleep when being held and bounced in a dark room with a sound machine (for all sleep). Within the first three nights of our sleep plan with Brittany, our son slept through the night with ZERO night feeds. We were amazed.

As second time parents, we thought getting our newborn on a schedule and consistently sleeping would be relatively easy, so this was quite a surprise. When we reached out to Brittany we were deep in the trenches of sleep deprivation. Brittany was incredibly supportive, responsive and talked us off the ledge multiple times as we navigated a silent protester during naps. We are truly grateful for everything Brittany was able to do for our family. We now enjoy family time together and feel like we got our life back as parents!

Worried The Success Won’t Last

Our son just turned 2 years old, and has been an amazing sleeper since we worked with Brittany when he was 4 months old. The most amazing thing is how adaptable and flexible he is. While we usually stick to our routine, we were recently on vacation and some days he went down for a nap or bedtime later than usual. I was amazed at how easily he was able to use his great sleep foundation to sleep well anyway. We are so thankful!”

Mabel, New York, NY

“Brittany gave our babe lifelong healthy sleep habits that continuously serve him (and us)!

Really Scared Of Crying

I am so truly grateful for Brittany’s support. Beyond. I felt badly emailing her pretty much every morning telling her I can't do this, she's struggling, I'm struggling, I'm ruining her, she won't smile at me, etc. She always wrote me back calm, cool, supportive, pragmatic, and encouraging. She always addressed my concerns head on, never made me feel embarrassed or silly for telling her how hard it was for me, and being honest, but still confident. Brittany believed in us when I certainly had my doubts, and boy did it pay off. I am just so appreciative. I'm so relieved I can still have access to Brittany in the future, and will 10000% be telling all of my friends about her.”

Caitlin, Hermosa Beach, CA

“I really needed a lot of support, Brittany delivered it in spades. I’m so thankful for her holding space for ALL of my feelings. And I had many. :)

Extremely Strong Willed Toddler

“To say we were skeptical that our daughter could be successful in this process would be an understatement. We joke that she will either go to prison or become the first female president.

However, Brittany took on the challenge with humor, respect, determination and care! She talked me off a ledge multiple times with a “pep talk”, and assured me that Madison was perfectly capable of achieving great sleep! And she was right! Madison now goes to sleep within 5 minutes of us putting her down without screaming or complaining and we see such a positive improvement in her behavior and overall mood. Brittany has helped us get our nights and sanity back! She is amazing!!! Could not recommend her more!  We have worked with Brittany with both of our girls.”

Jessie, San Mateo, CA

Regressions

“The dreaded 4-month sleep regression hit us early and hit us hard. Within two days of working with Brittany, our son was sleeping through the night, going from 5-6 wake-ups a night to zero.

He was never a great napper, but now he is napping like a champ. We just dropped a nap yesterday and he fell asleep within 3 minutes last night. We’re gearing up for our first flight (of course it’s a cross-country one), but aren’t stressed at all. We know he will do awesome because he can nap anywhere now. Our families keep commenting how much happier and livelier he seems. Thank you, Brittany!

Weight Gain Struggles

“Brittany totally normalized our experience and offered reassurance, whereas the other specialists had left us feeling confused and overwhelmed.

Our little one is not a big eater. We spent months consulting with medical/lactation experts, and none were able to diagnose an underlying health issue or find a way to get our daughter interested in eating more. Oddly, the experts we met with ignored the sleep part of the equation, and several, including our pediatrician, recommended breastfeeding our daughter throughout the night in order to get her weight up. We were exhausted doing this, and often slipped into bed sharing since we just couldn’t stay awake.

Thankfully, we started working with Brittany when our daughter was about four months old. The instructions in our plan were accessible, easy to follow, and made a lot of sense. We felt completely supported by Brittany, who patiently and promptly responded to all of our questions. Our daughter adapted to her new sleep plan, including night weaning, surprisingly quickly. Our baby, who despite her lack of appetite, has always been pretty easygoing, is even happier now. We would recommend Brittany to any family in a situation like ours. We feel extremely grateful that we were able to work with her!

Social Media Messing With Your Head

“I think of time divided into “before sleeping training” and “after.” My family who witnessed this process couldn’t stop talking about how well it worked. Honestly, I don’t think most people believed me (especially when she was tiny) when they would ask how she’s sleeping and I’d tell them “great!” Tune out all of the fear mongering nonsense about sleep training that floods social media, and do yourself, your spouse, and most of all - your baby - a favor by giving them this GIFT.

I can’t recommend Brittany’s Newborn and Baby Sleep Courses enough and I will push them on anyone who will listen! As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed with all of the information and “must-haves” to prepare for the birth of our daughter, but purchasing Brittany’s courses was a no brainer.

The Newborn Course provided helpful tips (that I started utilizing while we were still in the hospital) and the guidance, loose structure, and reassurance that I needed during those early weeks. We implemented the Baby Sleep Course right at 12 weeks and it was a total game changer - in fact, It was (and still is) truly life changing in that life became so much more joyful once we were all well rested and suddenly had the gift of predictability.

We were shocked by how quickly our baby adapted to her schedule, and I’m happy to report that she’s now 13 months and still has two solid 1.5 hour naps and sleeps 7-7, waking up with a happy smile. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Brittany’s courses and I cannot imagine my life - especially after going back to work - without the gift of sleep that Brittany delivered to us. BUY AND IMPLEMENT BRITTANY’S COURSES IMMEDIATELY!!

Megan, Washington DC

Travel

“Brittany kept reassuring me that with our daughter's strong sleep foundation, big travel wouldn't be a big deal, that she would adjust quickly. And boy was Brittany right!

I was so nervous traveling, as it was 3 time zones with my 6 month old. I heard horror stories from friends that it took days, even weeks, to adjust the baby. But I trusted Brittany. We stayed on schedule, but didn't overthink it too much..and our baby was barely jetlagged (in both directions). It felt like a miracle! But I know it was a success because we put in the work to be committed and consistent with Brittany to build that solid sleep foundation. And we all really enjoyed our vacation :)

Stacey, Beverly Hills, CA

Sleep Issues Are Minor

“We didn't have a terrifying story of sleepless nights or screams that wouldn't end, but our life felt chopped into wake window and unpredictable sleep habits. Enter, Brittany. The daily emails kept us honest and the support was honestly better than therapy. When I told our pediatrician about our program she was SO impressed.

Brittany gave us a schedule that fit our lives but also taught us the "why" behind her recommendations, and provided a game plan for every scenario. When we felt ourselves wanting to revert to our old comforting habits, we had the tools to say "remember Brittany said to XX..." and when we were unsure of what to do she was a quick email or call away.

Our baby took to the program relatively quickly but more importantly, we got our lives back. My husband and I started having dinner together again and I felt like I had time to work out or accomplish something because I knew exactly how much time to expect to have my hands free every day. My husband was able to take ownership of the baby's schedule just as expertly as I did, so the lingering parenting imbalance resulting from my 3-month maternity leave finally slipped away, and I even noticed our caregiver had easier days with the predictable schedule. Did I mention we traveled to both grandparents for the holiday without a hitch?

We're now a little over a month past "graduation" and still couldn't be happier. We've already transitioned to his next nap schedule provided by Brittany and he's thriving and, thankfully, so are we.

Skeptical It Won’t Work

“I will be very honest, I was extremely skeptical, like EXTREMELY skeptical. But it worked! While great sleep is a HUGE win, there was something even more valuable I learned through this process. As a mom, you think you know what is best for your baby and you act on it. But what Brittany taught me was that our children are more capable than we give them credit for.

When we reached out to Brittany, we were exhausted new parents. Our baby boy, who is 3 months old, was sleeping a total of 1.5-2 hours a day in naps and then waking up 4-6 times during the night. We knew that this was not enough sleep for him so we became worried because of the lack of sleep, frustrated because we didn't know what else to do and defeated because we didn't think getting a child to sleep was going to be this hard. In my first phone call to Brittany it felt like I was speaking to a sister. Someone who had been there too and knew how to fix it. We promised to stay consistent and stick to the plan, and we were dedicated to making it work. And it paid off! It was really challenging at times, but it really worked!

After our time with Brittany, our child now sleeps his entire naps and from 7pm - 7am every night. For both naps and nighttime sleep, we often have to wake him up! He has learned to love his room and his crib, not need a paci whatsoever, how to be comfortable with both arms out and most important, he has learned to self sooth. Brittany taught us so much, and gave me so much confidence. It turns out, oftentimes, the baby’s "bad" habits or behavior are just a reflection on us not letting them show us just how capable they are. So let that little human prove to you just how strong and ready they are to crush their sleep routines!

Postpartum Stress & Anxiety

“The fact that my son was sleeping 12 hour nights in just a few days after starting changed my life and mental health in ways that I will forever be grateful for.

Before we started, I mentally wasn't in the best headspace as a first time mom. I am someone who does not do well with no sleep and oh boy was I feeling it. I was at my breaking point hearing that other moms with similar aged babies were sleeping and my reality was that my baby was up every hour and a half to 2 hours. It felt like I was never going to sleep again, that I was doing something wrong, and it was the most daunting feeling because I love our little boy beyond words but I missed my old life with sleep. I felt like a bad mom for feeling that way. But now, I feel like I am finally enjoying motherhood and have the energy to be the mom I always dreamed of being!

The most impressive part has been watching him connect sleep cycles for naps. I don't mean to be dramatic, but this process has given me so much confidence in myself as a mom and is a reminder that you can do anything you put your mind to. Sometimes as adults we need to be reminded of that. Watching him master sleep skills with hard work and determination will forever be one of his first big wins/ accomplishments as a 3  month old. I can't wait to tell him when he is older about this process and explain how he has been an achiever from the very start!

Feeding Challenges

“Not only was my daughter waking up multiple times at night, but she was only eating a few ounces every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Brittany gave us the support we needed to help our daughter become an excellent sleeper and eater. Months later, our daughter continues to thrive! She is so happy and sleeps (+ eats) like a dream!

My daughter suffered from some digestive issues (cow milk protein intolerance, reflux, and constipation) for the first 6 months of her life. We felt like we had a newborn half a year in, and we were physically and mentally exhausted. It was an incredibly hard time, but Brittany was so kind and confident that she could help us. We cannot emphasize enough how much she changed our lives for the better. The difference in our daughter (and our) lives is night and day.  She is smart, kind, and competent!!  We could not recommend her enough! She saved our sanity and helped us to enjoy our beautiful daughter more! We are forever grateful for her.

Waste Of Money

“I was leary, and my husband was DEFINITELY leary and frankly, against it. In his own words, “What a giant waste of money!” Let me tell you - we both agree now that it’s the greatest money we have spent.

I can’t tell you how HAPPY I am with Brittany’s “sleep school” in the words of my 4 year old. We are happier, AND our kids are happier. I can’t believe what a GOOD MOOD my four year old now wakes up in. It’s unbelievable and just totally reassures us we are doing what’s best for them!

There were definitely hard moments, but I’m so glad we stuck with it, and I feel that we have the tools to continue to be successful. We’re now recommending Brittany to everyone we know. Thank you, Brittany, THANK YOU!

Sickness

As a second time mom whose first son is a great sleeper, I was quite confident when it came time to sleep train my second. Unfortunately, our strong willed guy had other ideas. Thank goodness for Brittany! She calmly laid out a great plan, and within days he was sleeping 12 hours a night. Despite naps taking a bit longer, he got the drill thanks to Brittany pushing us to remain consistent. I never thought I would be someone who would like having such a stringent schedule, especially with a second kid, but it's actually much more flexible to know when he needs to sleep and when he needs to eat so we can do outings and plan our days with ease!

Becca, Brooklyn, NY

“Towards the end of our two weeks with Brittany, our little guy got very sick, but thanks to the confidence Brittany gave us and the foundation we were already building, we were able to get back on track within 2 days.

Colic

“We worked with Brittany with all three of our sons, and our second was colicky and struggled with reflux. Our experience the second time around truly convinced us that every child can have a solid sleep foundation. Sleep is possible! Even in the early months!

With each of our sons, we came to Brittany when they were around three-months-old. With our second, by that point we were all sorts of exhausted and honestly pretty miserable. We were getting up so many times during the night and he was taking 99.99% of his naps on one of us. I think in our intake call I even asked, “so, what are the chances you think this will work?” By the end of our two weeks with Brittany our son was sleeping SO WELL and now, many months later (inclusive of the dreaded “four-month sleep regression” which never really materialized), he sleeps wonderfully overnight and happily takes solid naps in his crib. We have incredible kids, and now that everyone is sleeping, we are enjoying being their parents so much more. We have time in the evenings together again, energy to work out in the mornings, and most importantly, our sons are happy and rested, too.

Worried Sleep Training Is Too Harsh

“If you're on the fence about making the investment because you're scared that sleep training is mean or harsh - I get it. Even though I read all the books and did all the things and listened to all the friends, what I really needed was a coach/expert/professional to hold my hand and just tell me what to do.

Before I had my son, everyone told me that sleep training was the way to go. I felt good about the newborn stage and everything was going fine until six months hit, and everything went off the rails (new house, RSV, reflux, holiday visitors, etc.). I gave up on a schedule and ultimately started nursing on demand. By the time he turned one, my son was waking up three times a night every night to nurse, naps were irregular and every day was a surprise. I was at the end of my rope. It was time to outsource, and I'm so glad I did it with Brittany. I bought her most expensive offering and told her that my life was now in her hands!

And good thing I did - with just a few small tweaks, my son started sleeping through in the first week of our plan. I was hesitant to make the investment, but now that Brittany has helped us move Owen to one nap, I'm actually going to save money because he can go to morning daycare and then come back to nap at home while I work from home in the afternoon. Just remember that inconsistency is hard for little ones so it's better to give them the structure that will help them thrive. Also, Brittany helped me understand that giving Owen the tools he needs to soothe himself will help him so much in the long run. I feel so much more in control of my days now that I know when Owen should be awake and when he should be asleep. I also feel like we can be more purposeful during awake time - to ensure that he's having so much fun and can be a kid and play and have a blast - so that night time is for sleep and nap time is for sleep. In short, do it.

Daycare

“Because of the foundation we established, starting daycare and returning to work felt so much less daunting - he adjusted easily in a week or so, and months later, he is still sleeping through the night and many mornings we need to wake him up (!) to start the day..

We truly believe finding Brittany was the best gift we received upon the birth of our son. At the point that we started working together, he was waking up twice a night to eat, with wild variability, and he slept predominantly in his stroller during the day. We were truly running (or walking) ourselves ragged. Brittany was helpful from the getgo. She synthesized a lot of detailed information, and came back to us with a schedule (thrilling when you are on a spin cycle of pain for weeks on end!) and a plan to get him sleeping through the night.  We implemented the plan, and he had his first sleep-through-the-night victory that very first night!

Brittany is detailed, thorough, an excellent communicator, organized and highly responsive. She not only answered questions around our son’s sleep hygiene, but questions about adjusting my body to his new schedule, and other highly pertinent tips that you need “one voice” to trust through the maze of advice thrown our way as new parents. It’s still hard for me to believe that we have a baby who sleeps so well now! I recommend getting the Platinum package so that you have Brittany for help beyond the two weeks. You will not be disappointed!!

Early Crib Climbing

“For three months we tried everything! I read every sleep and mom blog I could find and tried every tip, trick and technique. Nothing worked. Enter Brittany. I'm not exaggerating when I say that after ONE day we started to see results.

Before I met Brittany, I was resigned to never sleep again. My son started jumping out of his crib at 20 months and for his safety we had to switch to a bed, even though he was so young. As soon as he moved to a big boy bed, he became impossible to put to sleep and got up multiple times at night. I was totally un-equipped to deal with this since he had been a great sleeper since infancy.I had given up hope and was convinced there was nothing we could do to get Miles to sleep. I heard about Brittany from an equally skeptical friend and decided to give her a try. Brittany took the time to learn about our family and created a detailed plan that was tailored for us. She was so approachable and from the minute we got on the phone it felt like we had a friend on our side. She knew I was nervous about letting Miles cry, so she gave me options for how to approach his sleep plan. And by the end of our time working with her, he was going right to bed at 8 and sleeping through the night, in his bed, for eleven hours. I even had to wake him up one morning because he was snoozing so late! I cannot recommend her enough!

Exclusively Bed Sharing

“Brittany never once judged me. Instead, she gave me so much reassurance and helped me give my daughter the tools to learn how to sleep on her own!

My daughter had never slept in a crib or bassinet when we started, and I was so nervous. Brittany never once judged me. Instead, she gave me so much reassurance and helped me give my daughter the tools to learn how to sleep on her own! Her daily emails and check ins allow you to know you are genuinely being cared for! She wants nothing more than to see you and your family succeed, and she handled all my questions and off the wall concerns and late night emails with such care. Because of her, I am not afraid or anxious if there is a blip. I know we will always get back on track because my daughter has the tools to do it now. I wish all Moms knew about Brittany. She actually changed our lives. Everyone deserves a great night sleep and with Brittany everyone sleeps like a baby (literally).

Twins

“Working with Brittany has been the single best decision I've made in motherhood. Twin sleep is an extra hard topic, because you have two unique babies to train at the exact same time. Every single course lesson, phone call, social post, newsletter, and podcast has been incredibly helpful and invaluable to me.

I had always admired Brittany's work and before even getting pregnant, I knew someday I would be calling her up. The thing that terrified me the most about having kids was the anticipated sleep deprivation. Taking Brittany's courses before and after pregnancy made me feel so much more equipped and prepared.

My twins were sleeping fully through the night around 4 months old (they were preemie and it took a while to gain weight) and taking successful naps in the crib. Recently, Brittany helped me navigate the 2-to-1 nap transition, and it's been going SO well. I had some doubts from sleep training skeptic boomer parents, but once they saw it in action, they were amazed and admitted how wrong they were to question it. Now, I am gifting the newborn course to all of my pregnant friends!
